Tsunami - Please Donate!
I've spoken to someone who was in Madras (Chennai) where the tsunami hit... the devastation is massive. The death toll overall will almost certainly climb to over 100,000. Please donate whatever you can to one of the agencies listed in my December 27 post. Thank you.

TSUNAMI!
According to news reports today the death toll in South and Southeast Asia from the earthquake off Sumatra, Indonesia, and the tidal waves that followed, is nearing 24,000.
Indonesia's vice-president said that the number of dead in his country alone may eventually exceed 25,000.
Sri Lanka has reported 12,000 deaths. India is estimated to have lost more than 7,000 people and those figures are expected to rise.
If the Indonesian numbers are accurate, the death toll from the tsunami could top 40,000.

Does English Grammar Make Sense?
English grammar doesn't make any sense, according to a frustrated student. But we already knew that, didn't we? ;)
